We watched the Glenn Beck tribute last night. We don’t have cable so I don’t see him much, but it is nice to see such a public persona expressing his feelings so openly.

I’m not sure what news coverage they may have in your area, but thousands of people waited 3 and 4 hours in the freezing cold to spend just a few moments to see President Hinckley at his viewing in the Conference Center. The people that they interviewed said that it was well worth it and they would have gladly waited even longer.

It has been touching too to read the many comments that members around the world have made regarding President Hinckley. He is loved and admired by millions around the world. It is bittersweet, because he will be missed, but we can only be happy that he is reunited with his loved ones and is free from a body that could no longer keep up with his mind and spirit.

I look forward to watching his funeral today.

I really enjoy Glen Beck. I love the way he says things, and love that he says them to a national audience. This tribute to President Hinckley is one worth watching over and over again.
I attended a fireside he gave here in San Antonio last year. He’s got quite an amazing story, and it is touching to see how much the gospel and his testimony means to him and that he’s not afraid to share it.
